  So glad I’ve found this company. This particular location has changed my mother’s life. In short, the dentist and staff CARES and does their job especially Mercedes (manager) who has answered all my financial questions and future plans as my mother’s procedure was expensive but well worth it thanks to the amazing experience at ABC Dental at Basswood.
  
  I highly recommend this location and working with Mercedes regarding all customer service. 5 star for sure!

  Today, was my first time at this dental office and I have to say the service was definitely a 10/10. Bianca was great as well if I were to give a personal shoutout. Overall, 100% recommend over any other place!!

  The totally the best dental experience I’ve had! Dr. Vo is phenomenal very well experienced and also very little to no pain. Dental assistant Dominique customer service was beyond excellent, very friendly!!! Over all TOP TIER!!!!

  Everyone is always afraid to go to the dentist. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while and you know you have to pick a good one when that happens. The whole staff there was great especially Mercedes(office Manager) she explained to me in detail what procedures needed to be done. The dentist and assistant were great. Went in for a cleaning and ended up getting a few fillings. Never fun! but they made it easy and comfortable.

  This place is amazing! I have always felt a fear of the dentist but everyone makes you feel comfortable from the start. Alex is the best, he's so funny yet comforting as well as extremely thorough during my visits, he's always my go to person. Thanks Alex for all you do!
